FOUNDER
Hiya! I’m Karina - nice to meet you.
I founded Work Besties because I wanted a space where professional and corporate women in Perth could truly connect, beyond networking events, to share advice, support each other, and grow together.
Navigating leadership at a young age, I often wished I had a network of women to learn from, confide in, and grow with. While I had strong male mentors, I lacked a group of women who truly understood the unique challenges of leadership transitions.
Over time, I learned the power of women supporting women. Having a trusted community has transformed my career, confidence, and fulfilment. Now, I want to create that space for others: a space where women can connect in meaningful ways, support each other’s ambitions, and grow together.
