Connection + Confidence at Raine Square was such a beautiful reminder of what happens when conversation takes the main stage.

This session was a taste of Work Besties events - small-group, conversation-driven gatherings designed to create space to talk about leadership, confidence, and connection.

We explored what confidence looks and feels like at work - the quiet kind that comes from being seen, supported, and surrounded by people who get it. Sharing our stories is so important as we learn as much from each other as we do about ourselves.

Every table had its own energy - laughter, reflection, new perspectives - and the feedback reminded me why these events matter so much.
