Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are packed within 2 business days and shipped via Australia Post from Perth. Express shipping usually takes 1-3business days depending on your location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet - we currently ship Australia-wide only.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes – once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Q: What if my parcel goes missing?
A: We’ll work with Australia Post to locate it, but once shipped, delivery timeframes and tracking updates are managed by the carrier.

Q: What’s your returns policy?
A: We want you to love your purchase. If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please contact us (info@workbesties.com.au) within 7 days of receiving your order so we can help.
Q: Can I get a refund for event tickets?
A: Event tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend if you can’t make it. Please see our event terms & conditions.
Q: Who covers return shipping?
A: If an item is faulty, we’ll cover the return postage. For change-of-mind returns, shipping is at your cost.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If you reach out before it’s been packed, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel the order for a full refund.
