Leading without a title

Here are a few things that I loved from our convo:

• You know your stuff, so own it!! Tip on speaking with confidence: keep it short, say it clearly, and pause for impact.

• Nervous about presenting? Focus on what the audience needs, not on yourself (thanks Marilyn!) or make it fun/a game (thanks Annie!).

• You don’t have to be loud or showy to lead. Influencing from behind the scenes counts too (yes Sarah!).
