Authentic Leadership & your values

Here are a few things that I loved from our convo:

• The standard you walk past is the standard you accept. When you know what matters to you, you can make decisions you’re proud of - in work and in life - and sleep (a little) easier at night.

• Our values are shaped by where we’ve come from and what we want to carry forward.  It was so special hearing how each of you framed what’s important.

• Behind every message is a human.  Whether it’s an email or a conversation, authenticity starts with remembering that and letting more of you come through 😊 (with the emojis and exclamation marks!)
