There are no slides and no lectures - the session is fully conversation based.
Expect guided prompts, real discussions, and an experience where you’re part of the conversation, not listening from the sidelines.

During the session, we’ll guide you through the conversation step by step so you can connect, reflect, and participate fully from home. -
To create a trusted, confidential space for honest conversation, a few gentle guidelines apply:
No recordings of any kind (including AI note-taking tools).
Respect the room: what’s shared stays in the session unless you have explicit permission to share it.
No attribution: you can take insights and vibes with you or share these online, but no personal details of other participants (unless you have explicit permission).
Show up fully and hold space for others with the same care you’d want for yourself.
