Leadership Lounge is a small-group conversation space designed to help you slow down, reflect, and connect with other women who care about growth.
Each month we explore a different leadership theme through guided conversation, practical prompts, and real insight-sharing.
A 90-minute guided session, practical reflection prompts, meaningful small-group conversations, and access to the digital resources after the event.
You have the option to purchase the Leadership Lounge kit or Work Besties pack to bring the in-person experience to you at home. These packs include Work Besties stationery and reflective tools to enhance your online experience.
A small and intimate group of 8 women, so everyone has space to share, reflect, and actually connect.
There are no slides and no lectures - the session is fully conversation based.
Expect guided prompts, real discussions, and an experience where you’re part of the conversation, not listening from the sidelines.
Join via Teams link rom anywhere in Australia, which will be sent to you a couple days prior to the event.

During the session, we’ll guide you through the conversation step by step so you can connect, reflect, and participate fully from home.
To create a trusted, confidential space for honest conversation, a few gentle guidelines apply:
- No recordings of any kind (including AI note-taking tools).
- Respect the room: what’s shared stays in the session unless you have explicit permission to share it.
- No attribution: you can take insights and vibes with you or share these online, but no personal details of other participants (unless you have explicit permission).
- Show up fully and hold space for others with the same care you’d want for yourself.
